About Me

Hello! I’m Melinda.

I specialize in public relations, marketing and communications. My biggest passion is storytelling and finding creative ways to share other’s stories, which is why I work with school district leaders who want to execute a clear mission and vision, demonstrate student and staff success, and showcase the district as a leader in education. In fact, I have been awarded more than 25 Star Awards by the Texas School Public Relations Association for carrying out successful video and social media tactics for various school district campaigns.

As a result of my work, teachers are left feeling seen, students are excited to be highlighted on a large scale and school administrators are thrilled with the positive feedback from the community. 

I created this portfolio and blog to not only archive some of my favorite work, but also showcase my skills as a communicator, videographer, graphic designer, writer, digital marketer and social media manager.
